I love the ease of MinuteClinic! I didn't have to waste time waiting on the phone to schedule an appointment and didn't have to fight for parking. We walked in, checked in on the electronic kiosk and was seen almost immediately. The camp physical takes about 15 minutes - The Nurse Practitioner was really nice and went over my son's health history & immunizations and performed a simple physical exam to determine if he is able to safely participate in typical camp activities. We were given a summary of the exam and had the option of getting the summary emailed too!
I wish MinuteClinic took our health insurance (Yes they take many insurance plans!) because I would use them often since it is in CVS - it is one stop to get checked out and pick up a prescription!
