Every year during Girl Scout Cookie season, you'll find Thin Mints in my freezer. I love dipping frozen Thin Mints in peanut butter. The mix of textures, flavors, hot and cold makes me happy. So when I saw Nestle Crunch bars in Girl Scout Cookie flavors at my local Walmart, I had to get some. Finally something to hold me down till next cookie season and then I saw Limited Edition on the packaging! Why must you do this to us Girl Scouts? WHY?! That's right, these delicious candy bars are available for a limited time only. You need to get out there and get some right now! I am stockpiling as we speak!
In honor of National Ice Cream Month - I decided to highlight Girl Scout Crunch in a super easy homemade waffle sundae. I love using waffles as a base because the little squares act as a cup for melted ice cream. My kids think waffles are amazing with ice cream but the magic is in the toppings and sliced candy is the way to go! So simple but looks and tastes expensive!
Caramel & Coconut is my favorite. I can easily snack on these all day. ALL DAY!
